If a visa is required
Please verify your eligibility for entry through the official Saudi e-Visa platform before arranging your travel.
If you are not eligible for the e-Visa, you must complete the application through Saudi embassies or consulates as stipulated by official channels.
The official invitation letter for the event may be used as supporting documentation for the visa application if needed.
The responsibility for completing the application, submitting the required documents, and following up in a timely manner rests with the participant or the participating delegation.
