Rules
Participation in the MILSET Expo-Sciences Asia 2026 (ESA 2026) offers an exceptional platform for young innovators from around the world to showcase their ideas and achievements. Open to participants aged 9 to 25, the event brings together diverse talents across all levels of experience.
Projects are expected to focus on STEAM fields, highlighting scientific or technological concepts through research, prototypes, or innovative products that reflect creativity, inquiry, and real-world impact.
(Each project may include a maximum of 4 students and 1 supervisor.)
How to Participate?
Projects presented at ESA 2026 are selected through the official network of MILSET Member Organisations, ensuring a high standard of quality and international representation.
For MILSET Members
Eligible Member Organisations will receive an official email from esa2026@milset.org with an invitation and secure access details to register their delegation in the ESA 2026 registration system.
If you have not received this information, please check the registration platform or contact esa2026@milset.org
For Non-MILSET Members
Organisations not yet affiliated with MILSET are invited to submit a participation request by contacting esa2026@milset.org and the corresponding MILSET Regional Office (refer to the Regional Offices Directory below).
Please include your organisation name, country, contact person, and email address.
All requests are reviewed by the relevant Regional Office. Upon approval, you will receive a formal welcome letter along with your access credentials to complete the registration process.

Fees
Participation fees and financial details for MILSET Expo-Sciences Asia 2026 (ESA 2026) will be announced via the event’s official platform, in accordance with the approved categories for participants and international and local delegations.
Participation fees may include various services such as accommodation, local transportation, meals, and access to accompanying events and programs, ensuring a comprehensive and comfortable experience for all participants throughout the event.

Accommodation
The Organizing Committee will provide premium accommodation options for participants and international and local delegations at hotels and residential facilities equipped with high standards of quality and comfort, taking into account their proximity to the event venue and ease of access.
Essential services and logistical support will also be provided to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for participants, thereby contributing to the creation of an environment conducive to interaction, networking, and the exchange of experiences among the various delegations.
Transportation
The Organizing Committee will provide comprehensive transportation services for participants and delegations throughout the event, including airport pickups, transfers between accommodations and the event venue, as well as dedicated transportation for visits and side events.
These services aim to facilitate the movement of delegations and ensure a comfortable and well-organized experience that reflects the quality of the organization and the warmth of the hospitality.
